Shipping, Refunds & Returns Policy

We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your candles, we offer straightforward refund and exchange policies to make your shopping experience worry-free. Please read our policies carefully before making a return or exchange.

Shipping

Once we have dropped off your package and it is scanned in by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control; we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages.  Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages.

Refunds

Eligibility for Refund:
To be eligible for a refund, candles must be returned in their original, unburned, store-bought condition. We cannot accept returns for candles that have been lit or used.

Return Procedure:
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our Customer Service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please make sure to write this number on the outside of the package. Securely package the candles, ensuring they are protected during transit to prevent any damage.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Inspection and Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned candles, our team will inspect them to ensure they are in the original, unburned, and store-bought condition. If the candles meet our return criteria, we will process your refund within seven business days.

Refund Details:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding shipping costs. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Exceptions:
We do not offer refunds for candles that have been burned or used. Custom or personalized candles are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about the candle scent you’ve purchased. To accommodate your preferences, we offer an exchange policy that allows you to exchange one unburned candle in store-bought condition for a different scent. Please read our exchange policy carefully for all the details:

You are responsible for both the cost of return shipping to our facility.

New Candle Selection

Once we receive your returned candle and confirm its eligibility, our team will provide you with a selection of available scents for your replacement candle.

You can choose a different scent from the available options.
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for both the cost of returning the original candle to us and the cost of shipping the replacement candle to their address.

Exceptions:
Custom or personalized candles are not eligible for exchanges unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
