Once we have dropped off your package and it is scanned in by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control; we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages.
OUR CANDLE MAKING PROCESS
Our candles are hand-crafted in Massachusetts! We use a Paraffin/ Soy blend that is custom-infused with specialty oils to create just the right spooky adventure. We do all our own blending to create unique fragrances that delight your senses. All our oils are free from carcinogens and other harmful additives. Each candle is hand-poured in small batches and then cured before shipment. We do all the labeling and packaging ourselves and make sure that every candle is sent with love.
